Realme is planning to unveil its 16 Pro smartphone series in India in the very first week of January, the official event is going to be on January 6. The series will comprise of the Realme 16 Pro 5G, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G, and the forthcoming Realme Pad 3 5G. Even though Realme has officially mentioned the date, the prices of the devices are still a secret.
As per tech expert Paras Guglani, the first price details and memory options for the new phones have been leaked out. The Realme 16 Pro 5G is likely to have a launching price of Rs 31,999 for the version of 8GB RAM plus 128GB storage. The cost of the 8GB + 256GB variant might be Rs 33,999, whereas the highest version of 12GB + 256GB could take a price of Rs 36,999.
On the other hand, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G is said to start from Rs 39,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model. The 8GB + 256GB model is probably going to be priced at Rs 41,999 with a potential range of Rs 44,999 for the 12GB + 256GB version. Although there are rumors, it is unclear if extra goods will come by purchasing offline.
The Realme 16 Pro series will be sold in India at Flipkart and the official Realme India store when the launch happens. Customers will have the option to select either Master Gold or Master Grey colors. Realme will adopt its new “Urban Wild” design language in both smartphones.
In both devices, a powerful 7,000mAh Titan battery is the main power source. On the other hand, the camera would consist of a triple-lens system with a 200-megapixel sensor as its leader and a LumaColor Image technology used. Each model offers different performance: the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, while the regular Realme 16 Pro 5G will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Max chip.
Realme has still to confirm the rumored price and features. At the announcement of the new smartphone on January 6, when the company will disclose official prices, availability, and extra functions, consumers and tech lovers will have the opportunity to know everything.
